A Multi-Sector Holding Company

Building businesses that solve real problems.

Uplift Equity Group develops and grows a portfolio of purpose-driven companies that build lasting equity and create opportunity at every level. Today, we're starting with the businesses that keep America running — and giving their owners their time back through AI automation.

The Problem

Small business owners are doing too much. Alone.

The owner of a five-person company doesn't have a procurement department, an HR team, or a marketing arm. They have themselves. They open the shop, run payroll, answer the phone, post on Instagram, and try to keep the books straight — usually before 9 a.m. The result: they spend their day on tasks that don't move the business forward, and their lives shrink to fit the work. We think there's a better way.

Our Approach

Three steps. Two weeks. One automation that runs forever.

01
30 min · Free

Discovery call

We listen for the one task you do every day that you wish a smart assistant could just handle. Most owners can name three within five minutes.

02
Two weeks

Custom build

We build a system tailored to your business — not a SaaS template. It runs on your data, integrates with the tools you already use, and stays out of your way.

03
Forever

Hands-off automation

Once it's running, you don't think about it. We handle maintenance and AI costs for a small monthly fee. You get your time back.

A First Result

How a Nebraska nonprofit got its first $500 grant — without searching.

When The Bridge Foundation — a 501(c)(3) supporting youth ages 14 through 22 — needed to find grant funding, the team faced a problem familiar to every small nonprofit: there are 728 foundations in Nebraska alone, and reading every one of their giving criteria takes time the team simply doesn't have.

We built them a grant discovery system that scans every Nebraska foundation, scores each one against the Bridge Foundation's mission, and surfaces only the few worth applying to. They submitted their first application within a week. They were approved for their first $500 grant shortly after. The hours of manual hunting that would normally be required: zero.

"This is what AI is supposed to do — give small organizations the kind of operational leverage that used to require a full-time staff member."

The Founders

Two founders. Complementary skills. One mission.

Kenny Kemp

Co-Founder · Technical & Operations

Kenny builds and maintains every automation, database, and AI system UEG ships. He's spent the last several years building production AI systems for finance and content workflows — the kind of work most small businesses thought was out of reach. At UEG, he turns those same tools into custom solutions for owner-operators.

Jacobi White

Co-Founder · Sales & Community

Jacobi is the founder of The Bridge Foundation, a 501(c)(3) serving youth ages 14–22, and the connective tissue between UEG and the Nebraska business community. He spends his days in the rooms where small business owners actually make decisions — and he's the reason UEG never has to cold-pitch a stranger.

The Vision

A holding company. Not a services firm.

Uplift Equity Group is structured as a multi-sector holding company because we plan to build more than one business. Today, the AI automation work is the entire venture. Tomorrow, it's one of several purpose-driven companies under the UEG umbrella — each one solving a real problem in a sector we know well, each one operated with the same care.

Questions We Get

Honest answers.

What does this cost?
Custom builds are priced per project based on scope and complexity, typically a one-time setup fee. Once the system is running, monthly fees are small — usually $10 to $30 per month — to cover AI usage and maintenance. We discuss pricing on the discovery call, before any commitment.
How long until something is actually running?
Most builds go live within two weeks of the discovery call. The first version is intentionally simple — we'd rather have a working automation in your hands quickly than a perfect one delivered in three months.
What if I don't know what to automate?
That's the most common starting point — and it's exactly what the discovery call is for. In thirty minutes we can usually identify two or three tasks worth automating. You're under no obligation to move forward.
Are you Nebraska-only?
We're based in Lincoln, but everything we do is remote-friendly. We've worked with clients in three states and counting. Geography is not a constraint.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Owner-operated companies and nonprofits with one to fifty employees. The thread that runs through our clients: the owner is doing too much, and they know AI could help — they just don't have time to figure out how.
How do I get started?
Schedule a free 30-minute discovery call. There's no slide deck and no sales pitch — we just listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
